This dataset contains records from 1,339 patients who underwent cervical cancer screening and confirmatory diagnostic procedures between 2023 and 2025 across multiple healthcare facilities in Uganda and Ghana. Each participant contributed eight high-resolution cervix images, resulting in a collection of 10,712 clinically validated images. The scale, diversity, and quality of this dataset make it a valuable resource for advancing research, innovation, and the development of AI-driven diagnostic tools for improving early detection, equitable access, and health outcomes in cervical cancer care.
